Ideagen is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced VP of Product Management for EHSQ. This role is crucial for driving the expansion of our services within our leading SaaS Platform, specifically tailored for regulated and high-compliance industries. The selected candidate will be instrumental in devising and implementing a strategic vision for our product suite, ensuring alignment with Ideagen's ambitious business objectives.

• Charting the course for product strategy, harmonising it with the company's growth and business goals.
• Leading a diverse team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering an environment of clarity, focus, and high performance.
• Managing the product delivery trajectory, with a keen eye on delivering consistent value to our customers and stakeholders.
• Direct engagement with customers to deeply understand their requirements, employing lean practises to refine solution offerings continuously.
• Championing the enhancement of our product management processes through the adoption of agile and lean methodologies.
• Making informed, data-driven decisions by conducting thorough market research, analysing competitor strategies, gathering customer
• insights, and leveraging internal data.

• Experience in a Product Management capacity.
• Experience in a leadership role within SaaS Product Management.
• Proven track record in EHS or Quality domain
• Outstanding financial insight and business acumen, with a strategic and commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
