We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Consultant to become an integral part of Ideagen’s esteemed technology and software sales team. This role is designed for a driven individual passionate about generating new business and achieving ambitious goals. Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and close sales opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets from new logo wins
  • Timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Work with new prospects to identify and validate their needs, understand their buying processes and align the value proposition
  • Work closely with new opportunities to build relationships with all relevant stakeholders and influencers
  • Maintain a good appreciation of our competitors’ offerings and be able to position our value in relation them.
  • Work flexibly where required, recognising that we cover a global market
  • Ensure sales and customer relationship management systems are continually and accurately updated

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated ability in fostering customer relationships, initiating new business ventures, and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • A strong ambition to excel in a long-term career within software sales.
  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to embrace new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A high degree of enthusiasm, passion, and commitment to success.
  • Proficiency in IT and business software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce).
