At Ideagen, the Revenue Operations team is essential in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. We are in pursuit of a GTM Tech Sales Trainer dedicated to elevating the performance of our sales teams by optimising their use of the GTM Tech Stack. This role is crucial in measuring, analysing, and planning the deployment of our sales resources, thereby fueling sustained growth through strategic training in both digital and traditional formats.

Responsibilities

- Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive training sessions that cover our GTM technology, focusing on its use to enhance the measurement, analysis, and planning of sales activities.
- Performance Analysis: Work closely with Team Leads and Managers to listen to and score sales calls, aiming to continuously improve the efficiency of our sales resources.
- Audit and Engagement: Perform audits on usage and content collection, pinpointing opportunities for increased engagement and effectiveness.
- Internal Communication: Develop and maintain an Internal Blog to highlight user experiences, celebrate successes, and identify opportunities for engagement enhancements.
- Data Insight Production: Generate actionable insights from sales tech usage to guide strategic decisions.
- Coaching: Implement a sustainable coaching model to support both new and existing sales representatives and consultants in achieving their goals.

Skills and Experience

- Sales and Training Expertise: You bring at least 3+ years of experience in direct sales roles (SDR/BDR and AE/Sales leadership) and 1+ years in a Sales Enablement role, specifically as a sales trainer or coach.
- Technological Proficiency: Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Navigator, and sales intelligence platforms such as Gong, Kaia, Chorus, as well as Sales Engagement platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, HVS.
- Content Development: Skilled in creating training content across various media and structuring effective learning journeys within a Learning Management System.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid background in SaaS sales, with a keen understanding of the industry's specific challenges and opportunities.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse sales data and enablement metrics to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to forge robust relationships with sales teams and cross-functional groups.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of adjusting strategies in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
