The Revenue Operations team at Ideagen is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. To support our ongoing growth and objectives, we are seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer. This role focuses on optimising the sales team's use of our GTM Tech Stack, aiming to measure, analyse, and plan the quality, quantity, and direction of sales resources to fuel sustained growth. The trainer will deliver comprehensive training through Online Learning, Virtual Training, and Face-to-Face sessions.

Responsibilities

- Deliver consistent training sessions focused on key systems within the GTM Tech Stack, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Azora CPQ, Pardot, and Outreach.
- Demonstrate how users can effectively utilise these tools to plan, prospect, sell, and collaborate while enhancing structure and governance.
- Improve the overall performance and productivity of the sales teams through targeted training initiatives.
- Utilise a data-driven approach to turn information into actionable insights, thereby driving productivity in a digital environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and adoption of sales tools and practises.
- Create content in various media formats and plan out learning journeys within a Learning Management System.
- Maintain a balance between big-picture thinking and attention to detail, ensuring comprehensive training solutions.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with flexibility and a proactive mindset.

Skills and Experience

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in SDR/BDR and AE/Sales roles, including direct sales and leadership.
- At least 1+ year of experience in the Sales Enablement space, working as a sales trainer or coach.
- Proficient in using Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong, Kaia, Chorus, and other sales intelligence platforms, as well as Sales Engagement platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, and HVS.
- Comfortable creating content in different media formats and planning learning journeys within a Learning Management System.
- Experience in SaaS sales is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and data skills to analyse sales data and enablement metrics, driving data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with sales and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
