At Ideagen, the Revenue Operations team is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. As we continue to expand, we are eager to welcome a Revenue Operations Analyst dedicated to producing pivotal insights on the performance of our Revenue Team. This role is crucial for supporting our sales teams across various strategic areas including pipeline management, forecasting, performance management, budget planning, and workforce planning, thereby directly contributing to the achievement of our sales quotas.

Responsibilities

- Sales Forecast Management: Collaborate closely with the Commercial Finance Team and Sales Leadership to manage the Sales Forecast calendar. This involves detailed analysis of the Sales Pipeline, activity, and capacity inspection, as well as scrutinising historical data and the performance metrics of teams and individual contributors.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and presentations to monitor the ongoing performance of customer teams. Handle analytical/data requests from Sales, Sales Management, and Revenue Operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside stakeholders in finance, product, marketing, and sales departments to ensure comprehensive data integration into company planning.
- Trend Identification:  Proactively identify and report trends within the Revenue function, across different business teams and individual contributors.
- Support Business Reviews: Assist in preparing data and insights for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, along with producing ad-hoc sales analysis as needed.

Skills and Experience

- Experience: At least 2 years of analytical experience in roles such as sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, customer operations, or consulting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other data visualisation tools. Experience with CRM systems, finance tools, and data warehousing will be considered a bonus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability to translate complex data into actionable insights and effectively communicate these to all organisational levels, including non-financial stakeholders.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent ability to manage time-sensitive projects and maintain a critical forecast calendar with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal Attributes: High levels of curiosity regarding sales team performance metrics, ability to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
