As we continue our swift expansion, we are seeking a top-tier Senior Sales Consultant to focus on professional service sales within the life science and health IT industries. This role not only provides continuous sales, development training, and ample growth opportunities but also embeds you in a culture that thrives on innovation and values its people immensely.

Responsibilities

-  Identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities.
- Achieving sales goals primarily through acquiring new clients.
- Managing sales forecasting and pipeline with accuracy and timeliness.
- Engaging with prospects to ascertain their needs, comprehend their buying processes, and presenting our value proposition effectively.
- Building and nurturing relationships with all pertinent stakeholders and influencers.
- Maintaining a robust understanding of competitive offerings and strategically positioning our products in comparison.
- Adapting to flexible working arrangements as needed to cater to a global market.
- Keeping sales and customer relationship management systems consistently updated.
- Developing channel partnerships and collaborations to enhance the sales pipeline.
- Performing additional duties as required by management, contingent on appropriate training.

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in building customer relationships across multiple stakeholders, driving new initiatives, and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Strong ambition to forge a rewarding career in professional service sales.
- Keen enthusiasm for continuous learning and skills enhancement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- High levels of enthusiasm, passion, and determination for success.
- Proficient in IT and business software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- A lifelong learner eager to continually enhance skills and knowledge.

 

Desirable:
- Prior experience in highly regulated industries.
- Experience in the life sciences and health industries, with an understanding of computer system validation for SaaS products.
- Familiarity with IT Governance practises such as ISO27001/SOC2, HIPAA, and FedRamp.
- Understanding of Regulatory Affairs, specifically FDA/EU/MHRA approval processes for Medical Devices or Software as a Medical Device in line with ISO13485, ISO14971, and IEC62304.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practises in the development of software products for regulated industries in Life Sciences.
