As an Account Manager at Ideagen, your primary purpose is to foster and expand client relationships, driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals. Your role involves proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Ideagen's products and services, aligning them with clients' strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
 
Achieve sales targets through effective account management and sales execution.
 
Monitor account performance against targets, develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets and increasing market share.
 
Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
 
Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform product improvements and service offerings.
 
Prepare and present accurate sales forecast to management - Utilize data driven insights to make informed decisions and improve close rates.
 
Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a unified approach to account management.

Skills and Experience

Account Management: Ability to manage key accounts strategically, including account planning, mapping customer organizations, identifying growth opportunities, and setting targets for a 20% yield on their portfolio.
 
Sales Skills: Proficiency in the sales process, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling Ideagen's software solutions. Must be adept at guiding customers through the decision-making process, culminating in successful deal closures.
 
Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Ideagen's software solutions, especially their application in quality, audit, and risk management. Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of these solutions to clients.
 
Customer Relationship Management: Skills in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Proficient use of Salesforce for tracking customer interactions, managing accounts, and forecasting sales opportunities.
