As an Account Manager at Ideagen, your primary purpose is to foster and expand client relationships, driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals. Your role involves proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Ideagen's products and services, aligning them with clients' strategic objectives.
