As a Marketing Manager at Ideagen, you will be pivotal in enhancing the volume, quality, and predictability of marketing qualified leads (MQLs), contributing significantly to the increase in marketing-sourced revenue. You will strategize and implement marketing campaigns aimed at elevating brand awareness, boosting sales, and fostering customer loyalty. This role calls for leadership in orchestrating marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, promotions, and advertisements, ensuring timely execution and managing project timelines effectively.

 

The position involves close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams to support and develop marketing strategies that align with business goals, while also exploring innovative marketing mediums. Your responsibility extends to driving the marketing process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that all marketing materials are used effectively to capture and engage the target audience.

 

Ultimately, your goal is to empower the sales teams to surpass their targets by providing top-notch MQLs for their respective products, developing targeted outbound marketing campaigns, and optimising digital activities in collaboration with our Group Market team to meet defined conversion metrics.

 

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a predictable and agreed volume and quality of MQLs, driving opportunities and contributing to the business unit's targets.
- Design and implement various demand generation initiatives, including newsletters, campaigns, webinars, and content development for our audit solutions.
- Regularly update and maintain marketing content, including collateral and web content.
- Organise and manage 1-2 major events per year, ensuring successful outcomes and positive ROI.
- Monitor and track citations weekly, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Work alongside the sales team to identify opportunities and create compelling new customer stories.
- Analyse marketing efforts and report on outcomes, measuring against set KPIs and ROI.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with the sales, product marketing, and group marketing teams.
- Ensure that campaign targeting and messaging are in sync with product marketing for maximum impact within the audit ecosystem.

Skills and Experience

Essential:


- Proven experience in SaaS marketing and campaign development.
- Demonstrated ability to support sales teams in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent team collaboration skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset to develop new marketing strategies and refine existing ones.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, adept in using digital marketing tools and techniques.

 

Desirable:
- High proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools.
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
