Role Purpose

  • Annual Salary - £18,000 (2 Year Contract)
  • Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
  • Estimated start date - September 2025
  • English and Math's GSCE desirable but not essential. 
  • Skills Day - 18th February 2025
  • Qualification - Level 2 or 3

 

Join us as an apprentice and gain valuable hands-on experience while working on real projects with our clients and internal teams.

As part of our team, you'll have the chance to learn about and help with a variety of tasks in Sales and Marketing operations. You’ll work closely with our experienced professionals, learning from Revenue Operations Strategists and Sales Enablement Specialists. You'll also get the opportunity to interact with people at all levels, including senior leaders, to help improve our sales strategies. We offer a dynamic and supportive environment where your contributions will make a real impact.

 

This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow their skills in systems like CRM (Customer Relationship Management), data analysis, and marketing software. You’ll get to work with some of the best tools in the business, like Salesforce, and learn how to manage databases and reporting systems. This is a fantastic chance to develop a strong foundation for your future career!

 

Responsibilities

  • Help our Sales team with key projects that improve how we work.
  • Learn how to manage and optimize marketing and sales software.
  • Work on improving our CRM system (Salesforce) to support the company’s global needs.
  • Analyse sales and marketing data to find useful insights and make recommendations.
  • Maintain and update our data systems to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Focus on finding long-term solutions to improve processes.

Skills and Experience

  • An interest in learning about Salesforce and possibly earning a Salesforce Administration certification to boost your career.
  • The ability to focus on being productive, not just busy.
  • A willingness to take on challenges and find solutions using available resources.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve ambitious goals.
