Every day millions of people are kept safe using Ideagen software. We have offices all over the world including America, Australia, Malaysia and India with people doing lots of different and exciting jobs.

We are seeking an experienced Web Manager to lead the technical aspects of our website, including design, development, performance optimization, and continuous improvement, while advising wider marketing teams. In this role you will collaborate cross-functionally, oversee external agencies, and contribute hands-on. · Manage strategic planning, roadmaps, and budgets for website tools and tech.

· Monitor and optimize site health (e.g., page speed, uptime, mobile responsiveness) through regular audits.

· Drive conversion rate improvements and optimize performance using A/B testing, UX optimizations, heatmaps, tracking, and personalized journeys.

· Ensure adherence to technical SEO, web accessibility and GDPR compliance.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to translate content and campaign strategies into meaningful, high-performing web experiences.

Skills and Experience

  • Web Design: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for creating and prototyping high-quality designs.
