We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a portfolio of accounts across the EMEA region. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth and maintain high-quality relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for expansion. 

Responsibilities

- Achieve a portion of sales targets from existing customer business.
- Engage with and develop key customer contacts and champions across accounts.
- Establish and maintain high-quality strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders to support land-and-expand strategies and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct regular reviews with customers to validate existing use cases and identify new opportunities for upselling.
- Develop comprehensive customer account plans and pipeline reports for key strategic customers.
- Proactively manage all commercial aspects of our relationships within the customer base.
- Identify and develop opportunities for additional revenue and margin across your customer portfolio.
- Recognise potential cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with relevant business lines.
- Support and execute corporate and business line initiatives.
- Leverage existing customer relationships to facilitate new business opportunities aligned with prospects' goals and KPIs.

Skills and Experience

- Proven track record in account management.
- Familiarity with sales or qualification methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, or Miller Heiman.
- Experience in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) marketplace is a plus.
- Self-starter with a strong motivation to progress within software sales.
- Proficient in IT and business software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
