We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team at Ideagen. The Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Head of Pricing in the development of our pricing strategy across all products in the market.This position is vital as we transition to a fully SaaS-based model, ensuring optimised pricing decisions for both new and existing customers and enabling consistent pricing across our product range. 

• Building and of maintenance of pricing tools and models to enable pricing decisions
• Build and maintain a robust reporting platform to track pricing related performance
• Analysis of customer-level pricing delivering commercial recommendations on pricing strategies to maximise value
• Creating profitability analysis of our products
• Construction of competitor pricing insight, and continual monitoring of external market
• Engage with stakeholders to understand and assess customer response to our pricing framework

• Proven experience as a Pricing Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Technically proficient with analytical tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL, with the ability to manipulate and interpret data effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of pricing strategies and economic principles.  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of constructing commercial recommendations and effectively presenting data-driven stories to stakeholders.  
• A collaborator who can build strong stakeholder networks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.  
• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges in pricing strategies.
