Are you a visionary marketing leader with a passion for driving growth and building brand presence in dynamic markets? Ideagen is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Marketing (EMEA) to spearhead our marketing initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this strategic role, you will harness your extensive experience to develop impactful, region-specific marketing strategies that align with our corporate goals. You will be instrumental in shaping how Ideagen’s products are perceived and positioned in the market, while fostering collaboration across teams to reach ambitious revenue targets. Responsibilities

-  Develop and implement tailored marketing plans that resonate with the needs of the EMEA market while aligning with Ideagen's global objectives.


- Oversee innovative campaigns and initiatives designed to generate high-quality leads, boost pipeline growth, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

 
- Build and maintain a strong brand presence in EMEA through compelling messaging, event hosting, public relations, and thought leadership initiatives.


- Work in close partnership with central marketing, product marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and effective product positioning.


- Strategically allocate and manage the regional marketing budget to maximise return on investment (RoI) while ensuring that resources are effectively utilised.

  
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights to make informed decisions and refine future strategies.

 

- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing regional marketing team, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and innovation.

Skills and Experience

-  Extensive experience in performance marketing and demand generation, with a proven track record of designing and executing multichannel campaigns, both digital and print.
-  Deep understanding of EMEA marketing strategies and trends, with a solid grasp of regional nuances and customer behaviours.

- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on optimising investment decisions based on performance metrics and results. Proven ability to adapt strategies quickly for optimal outcomes.

- Demonstrable experience in leading high-performing teams, nurturing talent, and cultivating a results-oriented culture.

- Ability to blend strategic thinking with operational execution, ensuring that marketing efforts directly contribute to Ideagen’s growth objectives.
