The Commercial Delivery Manager will report directly to the Head of Strategic Partnering within the Strategy function. The individual in this role will play a crucial part in advancing Ideagen’s growth strategy by coordinating efforts across global teams, establishing success measures, and implementing tracking and reporting mechanisms that align with our strategic objectives.

This is a hybrid position 3 days a week in Ruddington Nottingham.

- Drive commercial partnerships related to revenue growth initiatives and execute product strategy across the Group.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Product to create structured delivery plans across the organisation.
- Provide commercial support to a network of stakeholders, bridging the gap between operational delivery and financial realisation.
- Maintain comprehensive project and meeting documentation, coordinating with stakeholders to manage deliverables and updates.
- Report on the progress of ongoing projects and processes, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans, ensuring proactive communication on progress, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong commercial grip, ensuring clear visibility of performance drivers, and proactively intervene as needed to achieve plans.

- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for influencing strategic business decisions.
- Proven ability to influence and develop strong, collaborative stakeholder networks.
- Demonstrated project management expertise with the capacity to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Numerate and analytical mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Skilled in storytelling, capable of constructing and delivering presentations to the Senior Leadership Team that shape business strategy.
