We are seeking a Group Tax Manager to join our dynamic business. This pivotal role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities across UK and international direct and indirect taxes. You will work closely with the Head of Tax and other departments within the organisation to ensure compliance with tax regulations, optimise the Group’s tax profile, and contribute to our overall tax strategy.

• Master the art of compliance: You'll oversee and manage our income tax compliance and reporting processes, ensuring everything is timely and accurate.
• Be the go-to expert: You'll be the principal contact for relationships with tax advisors across various jurisdictions.
• Handle UK Corporation Tax: You'll prepare returns in-house, making sure we adhere to all regulatory requirements.
• Guide us through change: You'll provide expert advice on tax-related matters during acquisitions, restructuring, and other significant business initiatives.
• Manage filings: You'll prepare and review direct and indirect tax filings for countries including the US, UK, Europe, Malaysia, and ANZ.

• Qualified: You're a qualified accountant and/or tax professional (ACA, ACCA, CTA). Tax qualification is preferred.
• Experienced: You've got at least 3 years of experience in tax compliance, advisory, and reporting.
• Analytical: You have exceptional analytical skills and can interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
• Eager to learn: You have a strong desire to expand your expertise across a variety of domestic and international tax matters.
• Collaborative: You can establish collaborative relationships with tax advisors and colleagues across the organisation.
