Our platform empowers organizations in regulated and high-compliance industries to protect their people, customers, operations, and reputations. We enable seamless collaboration and continuous improvement across EHS, quality, audit, operational, and enterprise risk management.

• Lead product due diligence for acquisitions, identifying risks and integration challenges.
• Analyze market fit, product positioning, and strategic alignment for new offerings.
• Design and execute integration strategies that deliver value and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with senior executives, product teams, engineering, and UX to align roadmaps.
• Define and track success metrics to ensure integration delivers on acquisition goals.
• Communicate strategy and progress to stakeholders, including the board and executive team.
• Champion continuous improvement using Lean and Agile principles.

• Product Management experience or Business Development for software products.
• Proven experience with product integration and post-acquisition strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
