As a Graduate Solutions Engineer at Ideagen, you will become a vital part of our dynamic sales team where your input will help prospective clients understand and leverage our cutting-edge software solutions. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the sales team to deeply understand client needs and transform them into customised software solutions.
- Deliver dynamic and engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations for our Audit, Risk, Compliance (ARC), and EHSQ platforms.
- Assist in crafting compelling solution proposals, RFP responses, and creating proof-of-concept environments that resonate with potential clients.
- Support proof-of-concept engagements and facilitate client workshops that drive understanding and excitement.
- Work alongside product and implementation teams to ensure our solutions align seamlessly with client expectations.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and Ideagen’s product advancements to maintain expertise.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to deepen your knowledge of our products and the domains we serve.

Skills and Experience

 Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Risk Management, or a related field.
- A strong interest in risk management, compliance, and safety technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire clients.
- An analytical mindset paired with a problem-solving approach that drives innovative solutions.
- A genuine passion for technology and a desire to help businesses overcome their challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, client-facing environment.
