We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of software products to customers and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment across Product, UX, Engineering, Cloud Operations, and Senior Management. Operating in a fast-paced, agile environment, the successful candidate will focus on iterative delivery and continuous feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee product delivery and ensure consistent flow of value to customers and the business
  • Lead rolling roadmap planning, estimation, resource allocation, budgeting, and change management
  • Facilitate project ceremonies, stand-ups, and updates to maintain visibility and coordination
  • Manage cross-functional team activities and proactively address dependencies
  • Monitor work-in-progress, remove blockers, and manage internal roadblocks
  • Provide regular reporting on project health, including metrics, status updates, and issue tracking
  • Track progress using burndown charts and other tools
  • Communicate project status to senior stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process refinement
  • Support the VP of Product Planning and TPM in shaping team practices

Skills and Experience

 

  • Experience managing multiple projects and teams in a global environment
  • Familiarity with software product and SaaS delivery
  • Project Management certification or equivalent experience
  • Practical experience applying Lean and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with onshore-offshore delivery models
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, and other project/product management platforms
