This is a senior individual contributor role for a high‑performing new business sales professional who knows how to win complex deals in regulated environments.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, driving net‑new ARR across mid‑market and enterprise customers who care deeply about risk, compliance, quality, and governance. Selling into senior stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, IT, Operations), you’ll position our GRC platform as a business‑critical system.

This role suits someone commercially sharp, consultative in their approach, and confident navigating long, multi‑stakeholder buying journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Own and consistently exceed a new business ARR quota within your defined territory
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline (3–4x coverage) through outbound prospecting, marketing leads, and strategic account targeting
  • Lead the full sales cycle end‑to‑end: discovery, value mapping, solution alignment, commercial negotiation, and close
  • Engage senior decision‑makers across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Security, and IT
  • Run structured discovery to uncover regulatory pressure, risk exposure, and operational pain points
  • Deliver compelling, insight‑led demos that articulate business value, risk reduction, and ROI
  • Navigate complex procurement, legal, and security reviews with confidence
  • Accurately forecast and manage opportunities in CRM, maintaining strong pipeline hygiene
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, pre‑sales, and customer success to maximise win rates and customer outcomes
  • Feed market insight and competitive intelligence back into the wider commercial team

Skills and Experience

 
  • Proven experience selling B2B SaaS solutions into regulated or risk‑aware environments
  • Strong track record of closing new business and beating quota
  • Comfortable managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long decision paths
  • Confident selling to senior executives and influencing at C‑suite level
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to build ROI‑driven business cases
  • Consultative seller who asks smart questions and listens before pitching
  • Disciplined with CRM, forecasting, and deal management
  • Agile, resilient, and able to operate effectively in a remote or hybrid setup
